BATON ROUGE - Police said one woman was taken to the hospital after her car crashed into the front of a business this afternoon.

Cpl. L'Jean McKneely with BRPD said the woman told EMS that she was driving in the parking lot and had a pain in her leg shortly before hitting the gas and driving into the front of the business.

McKneely said no one inside the business was injured in the crash.

News 2 crews are talking to witnesses at the scene and will have more on this frightening crash tonight on News 2 at 10.
