BATON ROUGE - Our May Chef of the Month is Capital City Grill in downtown Baton Rouge. Executive Chef Y'zell Williamson was in the 2une In kitchen to whip up some Seafood Pasta.
8 oz. cooked penne pasta
Heavy cream and parmesan (grated)
3 oz. shrimp
2 oz. crawfish
1 tsp. minced garlix
Diced purple onion
1 tsp. red bell pepper
Season to taste
