LIVINGSTON - Today, a service dog will be welcomed into the family of a soldier living with PTSD.
The dog is trained to wake soldiers during the night if they're having a nightmare, help prevent anxiety attacks, and perform daily tasks like picking up objects and opening doors for soldiers with physical disabilities.
News 2's Brittany Weiss is meeting the dog and the new owner this afternoon. Tune in at 4 and 6 for more about the training program.
