Baton Rouge - An out pouring of love and support was present at a candle light vigil for Shylah Hicks and her unborn child.
Shyla was six months pregnant when police say Adam Sterling shot shyla to death, killing the baby.
Friends say Shyla was a victim of domestic abuse and they used the night to shed a light on the subject.
"Just knowing that it's a way out, that there's somebody that can help, you're not by yourself." Said friend Kimberly Carter.
