Some mid to high level clouds will stream over Baton Rouge area today from the southwest to the northeast as upper-level moisture moves over the colder air sitting over us. This will give us partly to mostly cloudy skies and some filtered sunshine. The clouds will keep the high temperatures down as we will only climb into the lower 50s.
The clouds will linger over the Deep South tonight and it will be pretty cold. Low temperatures will drop into the mid 30s. BRRR!!!
