Cajuns, Red Wolves running wild, wild game unfolding as ULL leads 41-23 in 4th quarter
LAFAYETTE - ULL took a 41-23 lead on Arkansas state after a botched fake punt gave the Ragin' Cajuns field position inside the Red Wolves 10 yard line, which ULL turned into 7 points.
ULL built a 34-9 lead in the first half, but watched Arkansas State pull to within 34-23 on a pair of long scoring plays for the Red Wolves in the 2nd quarter.
The teams have combined for almost 500 rushing yards as Elijah McGuire amassed 156 and two touchdowns in the first half.
