BATON ROUGE - Percy Cage, who was convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend, her unborn child and her brother back in 2009, received a life sentence today in Baton Rouge district court.
Cage was indicted two months after the shootings at a home on Syble Drive. Investigators said he had previously shot at the home a month before the killings.
Cage was also accused of trying to kill another ex-girlfriend in 2008. Police also accused his mother of witness intimidation, saying she threatened the victim who initially dropped the charges against Cage.
News 2 will have more on this sentencing tonight at 5 and 6 p.m.
