COMMACK, NEW YORK- A school bus aide is accused of breaking the arm of a five-year-old developmentally disabled boy as the man tried to discipline him.
Richard Mason did not comment after leaving court when he was released with no bond.
Police in Suffolk County say Mason grabbed the boy's arm and twisted it behind his back.Doctors determined later it was broken.
Mason is charged with assault and acting in a manner to injure a child.
