BRPD: Three arrested trying to sell cocaine
BATON ROUGE - Police arrested three people this week after investigators said they were caught trying to sell cocaine.
Cpl. L'Jean McKneely said the BRAVE unit arrested Kevin Evans, 29, Adrien Butler, 24, and Khristopher Payton, 24, around 10:20 p.m. Thursday.
McKneely said the three were inside a vehicle at a Baton Rouge Walmart which also contained a number of packets of cocaine when they were arrested.
The three were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail.
