BATON ROUGE - Detectives are asking for the public's help in their investigation of a recent rape in Baton Rouge.

Baton Rouge Police say a man broke into a home on the 11000 block of Willow Oak Ave. Sunday night and forcibly raped the 58-year-old victim.

Police also say the suspect stole money and the victim's white, four door, 1995 Mercury Marquis.

Detectives describe the suspect as a black male, 5'9"-5'11", 220-230 lbs., wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
