BATON ROUGE - Police said they plan to conduct two sobriety checkpoints in the city limits of Baton Rouge later this week.

The first is scheduled for Thursday night, and the second this Saturday night.

The specific time and locations will not be announced in advance.

This is a weather-permitting event, according to BRPD.
