BATON ROUGE - Police are investigating the city's latest murder.

A man was shot and killed while sitting in the driver's seat of a gray SUV around 11 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Spain Street, according to BRPD Cpl. Tommy Stubbs.

The victim's identity has not been released. The motive for this shooting is unknown at this time.
