BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge Police officers are investigating a pair of overnight shootings.

Police were called to an apartment complex at 12:50 a.m. on North Sherwoord Forest. Residents told News 2 they heard gunshots minutes before police arrived.

There's no word on the injuries.

While police were investigating the first shootimg, they were called another shooting on Sherwood St. near North Foster. It happened around 2:30 a.m. At least one person was taken to an area hospital with undisclosed injuries.
