BATON ROUGE - Police arrested a 16-year-old they said shot another person and stole their bike early this morning in Baton Rouge.
It happened in the 3200 block of North Foster around 2:30 a.m. Lt. Don Kelly said a 44-year-old man was shot by the teen, who was wearing a mask, and the teen took off with the man's bike.
Kelly said officers found the suspect with the bicycle and gun in the 2700 block of North Ardenwood, and arrested him.
He said the shooting victim's injuries weren't life-threatening.
