BATON ROUGE - Detectives are trying to identify a man accused of burglarizing a car parked at a Perkins road drug store last week.

Baton Rouge Police say a Toyota Corolla was parked at the Walgreens, located at 4985 Perkins Road, on Dec. 3 when the suspect entered the unlocked vehicle at around 3:30 p.m.

The suspect took a credit card from inside the car before entering the business and making multiple unauthorized purchases with the stolen card.

Detectives describe the man as having a thin build, between 5’8” and 5’10” tall and weighing 170-180 pounds.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is urged to contact the BRPD Burglary Division at (225) 389-3824.
