Bridge snarl cleared after evening semi wreck
BATON ROUGE - All lanes opened on the I-10 Mississippi River bridge more than two hours after a wreck involving multiple vehicles including an 18-wheeler completely blocked the westbound lanes Monday afternoon.
Traffic cameras showed the wreck happened just past the entrance ramp onto I-10 West from St. Ferdinand Street in Baton Rouge.
Congestion stretched for miles as crews worked to clear the mess.
No one was injured in the crash.
