BRFD: House fire intentionally set
BATON ROUGE - Firefighters said a fire at a vacant house in Baton Rouge Monday was the work of arson.
Firefighters responded to 3131 Riley around 10 a.m. and said the rear of the building was burning when they arrived.
By the time the fire was brought under control an hour later firefighters said it had damaged more than half the structure.
Arson investigators determined the fire was purposefully set by someone, and asked anyone with information to call them at (225) 354-1419.
