BATON ROUGE - The man accused of killing a cyclist last year while driving drunk in Baton Rouge is in court for a pre-trial hearing this morning.

Joseph Branch is accused of second offense DWI and vehicular homicide in the death of Nathan Crowson back in January 2012.

Police said Branch had nearly four times the legal limit for alcohol in his system when he hit Crowson and another cycler, Daniel Morris.

Crowson died at the scene, while Morris suffered serious injuries.

News 2 will have more from today's hearing starting at noon.
