BR hiker films Appalachian Trail trek
BATON ROUGE - Local filmmaker Colton Calloway, his fiance and dog hiked the Appalachian Trail and filmed every second of it.
Called "The Climb to Katahdin", the documentary captured their trip across the 2,200-mile trail system.
Calloway will be showing the film at the Manship Theater tonight at 6:30 p.m., and plans to take the film on tour through the months of October and November.
