BP claims to be paid out faster, no limit

Kenneth Feinberg says he's changing the way BP claims are paid.
Feinberg. who is the administrator of the $20 billion escrow fund, says the changes are needed so businesses can get emergency, lump-sum payments.
Feinberg says there will be no limit on the claims.
