Several possible victims have come forward saying a woman posing as a doctor pumped their buttocks with cement, mineral oil and flat-tire sealant in Florida. Oneal Ron Morris was arrested last week for practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury on a woman last year. Since the arrest, Department of Health leaders say other victims who'd sought buttocks enhancement came forward alleging Morris performed similar procedures on them resulting in life-threatening injuries. Authorities say additional arrests are possible. Morris is a man and identifies as a woman. Police say she performed the same procedures on herself.
