Bossier Police transport teen found shot in parked car
BOSSIER CITY - Bossier City Police are investigating a shooting that's left a teenager with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Authorities say officers were called to a home about 1 p.m. Saturday and found a 14-year-old boy sitting in a car parked in the driveway of his home. Investigators are trying to determine whether he was shot inside or outside of the vehicle.
City spokesman Mark Natale says detectives have been interviewing several individuals in regard to the incident to try and piece together what happened.
Bossier City Fire Department personnel took the teenager to University Health in Shreveport for treatment. His name has not been released.
