Bossier community college, LSU sign engineering agreement
BOSSIER CITY - Officials with Bossier Parish Community College and LSU-Baton Rouge have signed an articulation agreement between the two schools
The agreement says students who earn an Associate of Science degree in Engineering at BPCC will be able to transfer all credit hours to Louisiana State University-Baton Rouge.
The Times reports it would be a partial fulfillment of degree requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Petroleum Engineering degrees in the College of Engineering.
BPCC Chancellor Dr. Rick Bateman Jr. said the partnership would allow his students to seamlessly continue their educational journey to a four-year degree.
