Bond reduced for mom who drove into ocean
DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA- A woman accused of trying to kill her kids by driving her mini van into the ocean had her bond reduced after a psychiatrist testified she wasn't a danger to the community.
The bond for Ebony Wilkerson was dropped from $1.2 million to $90,000.
She's back in the Daytona Beach jail after giving birth to her fourth child a month ago.
The judge says if Wilkerson posts her bond, she has to remain in Florida, have no contact with her children and take anti-psychotic medicine.
She told the judge she would comply with the conditions.
But her court-appointed lawyer contends the bond is still too high.
Wilkerson faces charges of attempted-murder and child abuse.
