EAST FELICIANA PARISH- Residents in the Bluff Creek area of East Feliciana Parish are under a mandatory boil-water order.

Officials with East Feliciana Rural Water said a pipe ruptured earlier today. Workers repaired the pipe and are working to flush the system before the boil-water order is lifted.
