Boil order ended for Livingston Parish town
FRENCH SETTLEMENT - The head of the French Settlement Water Company said residents in that town no longer have to boil water.
W. E. Edrington said samples from the Department of Health and Hospitals came back clean, so they immediately rescinded the order.
Residents in the Livingston Parish town were ordered to boil water Wednesday after a break in the main line.
