Board yanks doctor's license after arrest
BATON ROUGE- A doctor had his medical license pulled by the State Board of Medical Examiners after he was accused of inappropriately touching a patient.
Dr. Howard Gidden was arrested and charged with sexual battery last week. A female patient told police he fondled her during treatment for a drug addiction.
More than ten years ago, Gidden's license was suspended for over prescribing pain killers.
Gidden's clinic is on Sherwood Forrest.
