Bigfoot artist nabbed
KENNEBUNK, MAINE- City leaders weren't amused by spray-painted images of Sasquatch on public property and they nabbed the accused artist for criminal mischief and drug possession.
The police chief says the Sasquatch images defaced public and private property, "costing time and money to repair and replace". Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, is a mythical beast thought to roam the forests of the Pacific Northwest.
The graffiti was concentrated in an area around Kennebunck Beach in this picturesque coastal town.
Freeman Hatch is now due in court in November.
