There's a settlement worked out to pay back a $29,000 tip the University of Notre Dame paid a caterer. Half the money will be returned in $50 monthly payments over the next 28 years. The university sued Sara Gasper of Granger, Indiana to return the money because her tip should have been $29.87. But a clerical error gave her the 29-grand. Gasper claimed she tried to tell Notre Dame three times about the error but the university would not return her phone calls.
