BERLIN- Pop idol Justin Bieber has four weeks to pick up his pet monkey in Germany or else it goes into permanent foster care. The monkey was seized by German customs agents when Bieber failed to produce proper documents after landing in Munich last week. Now, "Mally" the monkey is in quarantine in an animal shelter and its besieged by reporters from around the world. The shelter says the money is just 14-weeks old and shouldn't have been separated from its mother until it was a year old. Several zoos have offered to take the monkey if Bieber doesn't produce the proper documents to reclaim it.
