WASHINGTON - Economy watchers will have an eye on Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke today and tomorrow.

He could offer some clues about whether the Fed is poised to take another step to jolt the sluggish U.S. economy.

Bernanke will give his semiannual report to the Senate Banking Committee today and to the House Financial Services Committee tomorrow.
