Kenny Chesney and Taylor Swift will headline a country music festival in Baton Rouge next year.
The lineup of the two-day Bayou Country Superfest was announced Wednesday.
The performances next May will be part of the first-ever music festival held at LSU's Tiger Stadium.
Other performers on the festival's lineup include Keith Urban, Brooks and Dunn, Kellie Pickler and Jason Aldean.
The Convention and Vistitors Bureau and the East Baton Rouge Metro Council kicked in $300,000 each to help put on the event.

In the 70's LSU and Baton Rouge drew in it's fair share of great musical acts. Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Stones, The Who, Yes, Rod Stewart, Bob Dylan, Chicago, Bruce Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac, America, The Moody Blues, (to name a very few) played either the Assembly Center or Centroplex. Willie Nelson and various friends used to make a mud pit out of the old state fair grounds every May. The times back then were very free and easy. "Polic-atics" (that's police + politics) got in the way and ended a wonderful memory. The Bayou Country Superfest will be HUGE for Baton Rouge. Thank you Metro Council and Convention/Visitors Center. It's time for ol' BR to dance again and this is just what we need to strike up the bands.
