Baton Rouge woman dies in car crash
BATON ROUGE - A single car crash in Baton Rouge has claimed the life of one woman.
It happened on Monday around 3:38 p.m. in the 900 block of Tara Boulevard.
Police say 57 year-old Patti Reed was headed north on Tara, when she went across the median and hit a pine tree.
Alcohol is not suspected in the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
