Federal prosecutors have charged a Baton Rouge man with conspiracy to commit bank thefts totaling more than $200,000.
Larry Harrington has been in custody since his arrest June 20 by St. Francisville police.
Harrington is accused of conspiring with unnamed others to steal approximately $124,000 last month from a St. Francisville ATM owned by Hancock Bank.
Harrington is also accused of working with unnamed others in April to steal approximately $88,000 from an ATM owned by Regions Bank in Gonzales.
Federal authorities say Harrington worked for a company that serviced ATMs.
