Baker residents to weigh in on water and sewer rate increase
BAKER - A town hall meeting is scheduled for Baker residents to voice their concerns about a plan to raise water and sewage rates.
The meeting will be held 6:30p.m. Tuesday at the Baker Municipal Auditorium on Groom Rd.
The extra money would go toward debt caused by city upgrades.
If passed, monthly water rates would go from $9 to $15. Sewer rates would go up $2.
