Baker Middle School coach shot in neck with BB pistol

A Baker Middle School coach was shot in the neck with a BB pistol at school yesterday according to the Baker Police Department.
It is unknown at the time who is responsible for the shooting. A school resource officer with Baker Police is currently investigating. The status of the coach is also unknown. The Baker Police Department said they will send out a press release later this afternoon.
The Baker School System acknowledge that the incident occurred but had no further comment. News 2 also contacted Baker Middle School Principal Charles Johnson who said he had no comment.
