BATON ROUGE- An autopsy revealed today shows the man found dead in what was thought to be domestic disturbance, actually died from a heart attack.
Police say the body of 37-year-old Terry Grigsby was found outside a home on Cammy Avenue on Friday.
His girlfriend was being questioned by police because neighbors reported hearing a man and woman arguing along with the sound of tires screeching.
Detectives had previously removed an SUV from the crime scene as part of the investigation, but based upon the cause of death foul play is no longer suspected.
BRPD says the investigation continues.
