Louisiana's property insurer of last resort allowed too much access to computer systems, that's according to a state audit released Monday.
The State Auditor's Office said it found enough problems with Citizens Insurance, that it couldn't give an opinion on the accuracy of insurer's records.
In response to the audit, Citizens agreed with at least part of the findings, and said the necessary actions will be taken including reducing computer access and developing a written access policy.
