BATON ROUGE - Police said a man doing yard work in Baton Rouge died after the all-terrain vehicle he was using rolled over on top of him.

Cpl. Don Coppola with BRPD said 46-year-old Marcos Domingo was doing work in another person's yard on Dubois Drive around 10:30 a.m. when the incident happened.

Investigators said Domingo was driving an older-model Polaris 4-Wheeler when he lost control of it. Police said the ATV rolled on top of Domingo, trapping him for several minutes before he was found by the homeowner he was working for.

Coppola said Domingo died on the scene.
