ATF changes mind on just add water alcohol drink
NEW YORK- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms took back its approval of a powdered alcohol product where you just add water.
It's called "Palcohol" and it comes in a bag.
An email to the Associated Press says the agency changed its mind, that the approval last week was made in error.
Lipsmark makes "Palcohol" and says the problem is a discrepancy in the fill level of the powder in the bags. Lipsmark says it will reapply for approval.
