Arson suspected in mobile home fire
BATON ROUGE - Arson investigators were called after a mobile home caught fire in Baton Rouge Monday night.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department was dispatched to Magnolia Mobile Homes Estate, off Victoria near Winbourne just before 8 p.m. Monday. They were able to quickly extinguish the flames quickly and prevented them from spreading to neighboring trailers, however, the mobile home was destroyed.
According to witnesses, no one was currently living there, but the previous tenants were just evicted last week. The identity's of any suspects have not been released at the time of this post.
