DENHAM SPRINGS - An investigation continues this afternoon after firefighters got a call this morning about a fire in a vacant home on North Suzy Circle, off of Lockheart in Denham Springs.

Investigators say arson is suspected due to several clues found inside, and there's no power in the home, which rules out electrical problems.

Neighbors said some people were seen in or around the home last night.

The fire department said it could've been a homeless person who set a fire to stay warm.
