Arrest made in road rage incident
BATON ROUGE - A man from Baton Rouge is under arrest, accused of being aggressive behind the wheel.
State Police say 25-year-old Mark D. Rogillio was pulled over by a State Trooper Tuesday evening for driving erratically on Essen Ln. near I-12. While speaking to Rogillio, another driver stopped to speak to the Trooper about a car in which someone pointed a gun at him.
The Trooper located the vehicle reported and pulled it over as it exited I-12 at Airline Hwy. During the investigation it was determined the driver reported was Rogillio.
Investigators say he pointed the gun because "he was late for work" and "did not want the complainant getting in front of him".
State Police say they found two guns inside Rogillio's vehicle. He was arrested, booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and charged with aggravated assault.
