Arrest made in connection with N. 31st St. shooting
BATON ROUGE - Police said they arrested a man wanted in connection with the shooting and killing of a man on North 31st Street late last month.
19-year-old Dyshun Winns was wanted for second degree murder.
Winns and two other suspects, 23-year-old Alexander Brock and 28-year-old Marcus Gillard, have been connected by Baton Rouge Police detectives to a shooting that took the life of 23-year-old Darius Johnson on Oct. 29.

The shooting happened after a fist fight involving four men in a nearby BREC park.
