Arrest in Assumption Parish homicide case
LABADIEVILLE - Assumption parish deputies say they found bags of evidence when they arrested a man for murder Saturday.
The SWAT team and detectives arrested Anthony Ayrow, 30, at his home in Napoleonville for shooting and killing Gordon Jones Sr., 63. Jones was found at his house in Labadieville by his son on Jan 2nd.
Officials say he was arrested without incident.
Ayrow faces charges of 1st degree murder, armed robbery with use of a firearm, and carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Bond has not been set.
