...River Flooding Update...

The Amite River in Denham Springs has crested around 31.0 feet & will slowly fall the next few days.

The Amite River in Bayou Manchac Point is at 9.0 feet, at flood stage, and will crest at 10.0 feet Wed. Evening. Watch for some flooding in both of those areas through Wednesday.

The Tangipahoa River at Robert is at 17.6 feet, above the 15.0 ft. flood stage, & will crest at 17.9 feet this morning.

The Comite and Tickfaw Rivers continue to fall well below flood stage this morning.
