ASSUMPTION - Assumption Parish Sheriff's Detectives arrested two people accused of breaking into a residence in Pierre Part.

Detectives say Jarvis Alleman, 17, and Trevis Ray, 17, broke into a house in the Landry Subdivision on Sept. 29 and took "a game console, some collectible gold coins and several alcoholic beverages."

Alleman and Ray, both of Pierre Part, are charged with one count simple burglary and one count simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

Detectives arrested a third person, Joshua Kinkle, 18, for obstruction of justice. They believe Kinkle helped Alleman and Ray dispose of the stolen property before their arrests.

If you have any additional information on this case contact the Assumption Parish Detectives Division at (985)526-1627.
