Another thrill in Vegas
LAS VEGAS- What's billed as the world's tallest ferris wheel is now open on the Las Vegas Strip and riders are taking advantage.
It's 500-feet tall and was built by Caesars Entertainment Corp. as part of a redevelopment of the glittery Strip.
It has 28 glass-enclosed and air-conditioned gondolas which can each hold up to 40-people.
A full revolution takes 30 minutes and its changed the skyline.
It tops the London Eye and the 541-foot Singapore Flyer.
An even taller Ferris wheel is planned for Staten Island in New York topping out at 625-feet.
