BATON ROUGE - Another law suit is about to be filed against Governor Jindal's education reform laws.
Leaders of the Louisiana Association of Educators will officially file suit, tomorrow, Friday 6/22, challenging the constitutionality.
The education reform bills were approved during 2012 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.
Members from LAE affiliates across Louisiana will gather at the LAE headquarters in Baton Rouge where President Joyce Haynes will introduce the legal challenges. T
The group will then board a school bus headed to the 19th Judicial District Courthouse to officially file papers.
