PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA- A police officer revealed he went undercover, dressed as an Amish woman, in hopes to busting a man exposing himself to children.
Chad Adams says the Amish agreed to lend him bonnets, aprons and dresses to scare away the man since they didn't want their children to have to testify in court.
A female officer dressed as Amish also worked with Adams. He says he spent much of December and January in Amish dress and revealed the investigation since the incidents have stopped.
Police didn't have enough evidence to arrest anyone but believe it was the same man sentenced to house arrest for similar incidents in a nearby county.
